  • Folding Frog

If you have purchased this item, scan the QR on the back of the box for a video tutorial.

Inspired by the legendary Michael Close and the Mercury Fold, the Folding Frog takes secret one-handed card folding into entirely new territory. A spectator freely selects and signs a seemingly ordinary playing card. The card is handled casually for only a moment before it mysteriously vanishes from sight.

In an impossible transformation happening completely out of view, the signed card is secretly folded one-handed into a tiny origami frog. The magician slowly reveals the miniature paper frog at their fingertips, creating a moment that feels both impossible and strangely organic. Then comes the final blow: the spectator unfolds the frog themselves and discovers it is unmistakably made from their own signed card.

Combining sleight of hand, impossible object magic, and origami artistry, Folding Frog creates a memorable souvenir your audience will keep long after the performance is over. Each set includes 20 specially pre-scored cards, randomly mixed and selected by us.

  • Do-Decka-Hedron-30 (Full Deck)

If you have purchased this item, scan the QR on the back of the box for a video tutorial.

This design is the creation of mathematical artist George Hart. Be sure to check out his website georgehart.com/g4g11/ and check out his YouTube channel @GeorgeHart-math for more of his creations.

This is a full deck of precision-cut cards to build a 30-card interlocking polyhedron available in four options. Only 30 cards are needed to build the polyhedron but the full deck option makes every card available, giving magicians more options for creative routines. If you only want enough cards to build the polyhedron, consider our partial deck option Model: KIR10092MXP.

The four purchase options include a left hand cut and right hand cut version in both a red and blue Bicycle Rider Back deck.

Left hand cut or right hand cut may be assembled with all the cards either face out or face in. The purpose of a right hand cut and left hand cut allows for mixing cards face in and face out in the same polyhedron.

If you want to mix face in and face out cards in the same polyhedron, you will need a left hand deck and a right hand deck. If you don't intend to mix face in and face out cards in the same polyhedron, you can choose either left hand cut or right hand cut, there is no advantage to one over the other unless you are buying replacements to use with the Facet Felon Product in which case you will want left hand cut.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Topogami Cards?

Topogami Cards (formerly Kirigami Cards) are precision-cut, and sometimes precision-perforated, playing cards that fold, bend and twist into puzzles, sculptures, art and fun, from burr puzzles to interlocking balls and cubes to origami frogs.

Do I need glue or tape?

No, unless specifically stated. All of our current designs that create assemblies are precision cut to slot and lock together.

Who designed them?

Several designs come from mathematical artists: the Tunnel Cube and Do-Decka-Hedron are by George Hart, and Pyro-Balls is Andrea Hawksley’s 6 Card Ball. The routine of the Folding Frog was inspired by Michael Close and the Mercury Fold.

Are they only for magicians?

No. While magicians may use them for performances, puzzle collectors, artists and model builders enjoy them as well. They make great gifts, giveaways, displays and spectator souvenirs.

How do I learn to fold them?

Scan the QR code on the package, or find every video tutorial in our Topogami Cards tutorials directory.
